'gauffre' organic cotton waffle weave - sea pine

This is a beautiful mid-weight organic cotton "gauffre" woven. This unique fabric features a dimensional surface and contrasting yarns. The term gaufré comes from the French word, meaning "embossed" or "waffled". The effect is achieved through a specialized weaving technique, and the quality is exceptional. This colorway features sea pine and snow white. The waffle repeat is about "0.125". While it doesn't technically have stretch, the weave does offer a little bit of give. Perfect for lightweight cardigans or wraps, robes, transitional garments, dresses and skirts, etc. Would also work beautifully for beach and resort wear.
